📄 Digital Products

All our products are digital downloads (PDF patterns).
Once the purchase is completed and access to the files has been granted, the products are considered delivered.

👉 For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds or returns for digital products.

❗ Exceptions

We understand that issues may occasionally occur. A refund or replacement may be considered in the following situations:

• You accidentally purchased the same item multiple times

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened

• You did not receive the product (e.g. missing download link)
